Hutchinson Business Partners (HBP) wants to help you achieve process efficiency across your entire organization. A process can be almost anything, from facilitating credit card authorizations to document imaging. The end result of any output comes from a process. HBP can help you define your business processes and determine what can be the most efficient.

HBP uses the Six Sigma process improvement methodology as the foundation for its process enhancement initiatives. HBP starts by assisting customers in documenting their current process maps. Using techniques such as Voice of the Customer (VOC), HBP consultants will determine specific client requirements and translate those into measurable targets. HBP will help clients begin collecting data to determine their current process yield, and its standard deviation. Then a process rating is assigned on a scale of 1 – 6, where 6 indicates the lowest amount of process variation and 1 indicates the highest amount of process variation. Processes with a low sigma rating usually indicate more product defects, less efficiency and higher costs.

Our consultants will take a detailed approach through either the DMAIC or DFSS Six Sigma methodology to accurately measure current performance levels. From there, we will make process improvement recommendations to improve your sigma process score.
